Refund or Return Policy, is a document that informs our direct customers (who are using commrz™ products and services) about how we deal with refunds or returns of the products and services we are selling on website.


A refund policy establishes expectations for both our business and direct customers and can protect us from potential financial losses and liability.


commrz™ direct customers (not those who are using products or services of commrz™ direct customers) who are using commrz™ products and services are eligible for applying return or refund policy. The refund or return may be issued to commrz™ direct customer based on the following conditions:

  • If the commrz™ direct customers decide not to use the commrz™ products or services within 5 working days of making payment for any products or services purchased from the website.
  • Return or refund request should only be generated by the commrz™ direct customers through our Service Desk Portal (Website Control Panel > Help & Support > Service Desk) within 5 working days of making payment for any of the products or services.
  • Refund or return request should specify the product or service for which the request is being made. Refund or return requests should only be made through our Service Desk Portal.


If the request is made within 5 working days of making payment for any products and services purchased from website may take 7-15 working days to make a return or refund settled. In some cases (exceptions) this may take no longer than 30 working days.


Return or refund settlement can only be processed through an online net banking system. Commrz direct customers should provide valid and active bank details when requested through our Service Desk Portal only during the refund process. We request you not to provide any bank details to any person who conforms to be the Commrz employee through any communication channel except our Service Desk Portal without any refund request. We only refund the amount (following the terms and conditions) which we receive against the sale of our services or products from website. We are not liable to pay or refund to our direct customer for any kind of monetary or reputation loss.

Payment (Partial or Full)

Only the partial refund will be processed in case of any product or service purchased form website. Due to processing charges and other fees applied during the purchase of products or services. Details of settlement will be shared through an appropriate mode of communication.

Change in Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update the refund or return policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated to the’s customers through our website or other appropriate channels
